Carpenters Helper / Assistant

Q-ICE Builders is currently seeking a Carpenters Helper/Assistant to join our team! We specialize in building boat docks and are looking for someone who doesnt mind working in the water and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

This is a great entry-level position with rapid opportunity for advancement into a full carpenter role.

Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters in building custom boat docks
Follow instructions from the crew leader and support the team on site
Anticipate next steps when tasks are completed to keep projects moving
Make accurate material cuts as directed
Maintain good communication and teamwork on site

Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Willingness to work outdoors and in the water
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
Basic construction or carpentry experience preferred
Own tools a plus, but not required

Compensation: Pay range based on skill level and experience.
