A leading full-service Architectural Firm is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team. With a strong company track record and a solid pipeline of projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to join some the most creative designers in the industry in transforming imagination into reality.

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of a variety of Commercial projects from conception through completion. Recent projects include Retail, Workplace, Industrial, Manufacturing Plants, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, R&D, Modular Buildings, and Airports. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Architect with 5-15 years of experience and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will be tasked with overseeing various architectural projects from conception through completion, including the design, scope, timeline, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Maintain effective communication between clients, consultants, contractors, designers, and outside consultants.
• Act as the main point of contact between ownership and clients.

Qualifications:

• Registered Architect preferred.
• 5-15 years of demonstrated experience delivering a range of projects on time successfully.
• Strong track-record of project management from conception through completion.
• Experience managing a variety of project @types including Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Manufacturing, Workplace.
• Successful collaboration with outside consultants.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Effective communicator with natural charisma and an innate ability to lead!
