Description Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Loyalty team and help deliver our Loyalty Kiosks from start to finish. If youre organized, resourceful, and love keeping projects (and people) on track, this could be your next big move.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role where youll be the go-to person for clients, internal teams, and external partners. Youll keep projects running smoothly, ensure deadlines are met, and help shape an amazing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Loyalty Kiosk delivery projects from planning through installation.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping teams accountable.
  • Act as the main customer-facing contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and align internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
  • Support Loyalty Services/Product teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Oversee projects through the full lifecycle from requirements to rollout and transition to operations.
  • Collect and report metrics, assist with testing, and help ensure quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting ongoing innovation.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Project Coordinator or Project Manager background (required)
  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
  • Casino or Marketing department experience (bonus points!)
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not required

  • Highly organized, proactive, and takes initiative
  • Persistent problem-solver who doesnt give up easily
  • Strong communicator and active listener who drives results
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles and relationship building
  • Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 - $84,000 annually .
