Position: Project Manager (Resort IT/Operations)
Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV
Duration: Contract to Hire
Rate Range: $50 per hour
Travel: Must be able to travel 2-3x per month as needed
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology upgrade initiatives across luxury hospitality properties, with a primary focus on networking infrastructure, high-end suite renovations and smart technology integrations.

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Project Oversight: Manage technology upgrades for premium suites, including smart TV installations, smart device deployment, and ensuring robust Wi-Fi connectivity and device programming.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with hotel operations, business stakeholders, and construction/development teams. Align IT timelines with broader renovation schedules led by other PMs overseeing flooring, HVAC, and structural work.
- Vendor & Equipment Management: Oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of IT equipment. Coordinate with low-voltage vendors and technical teams to ensure timely execution.
- Travel & Remote Site Support: Support additional projects at other resort locations, including TV replacements and audio system installations, requiring occasional travel.
- Operational Systems Support: Assist with operational technology upgrades such as POS systems. Ensure hardware installation and software functionality, including troubleshooting and testing.
