- Travel to job sites across New Jersey to conduct thorough site surveys and inspections.
- Work under the direction of a Project Manager to inspect beams, draw sketches, and create detailed drawings.
- Participate in site walkthroughs with Project Engineers and Inspectors to determine drafting requirements.
- Write comprehensive reports and assist engineers in developing repair plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with Professional Engineers and Licensed Architects to build legal cases against contractors.
- Use AutoCAD to draft and design drawings for future construction based on original plans.
- Utilize Bluebeam to accurately enter and manage project information.
- Structural Engineering Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in drafting and designing structural projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Experience in site analysis report writing
- Background in building-related engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Ability to work independently with clients
- Understanding of construction site dynamics and ability to communicate effectively with contractors

Job sites include the Gold Coast (Hudson County), Secaucus, Princeton/Plainsboro, and Long Branch/Asbury Park.
