GENERAL Superintendent

Residential Plumbing Contractor in the east valley is looking for an experienced plumbing superintendent In all phases of plumbing. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who will excel in this position. As the superintendent you will be the companys on-site representative managing plumbing projects from soil/ top out / trim stage ( which soil is the first phase and topout is the 2nd phase and trim is the last phase of plumbing.) Responsible for all field operations, overseeing field supervisors as well as field employees in order to maintain flow of builders scheduling. Interacting with the builder on a daily basis in order to keep GPI informed and up to date on any and all requirements or requests made from our builders. Assist field supervisors where and when needed in daily tasks or scheduling. Cover field supervisor area while on vacation. Insure all paperwork is filled out correctly and turned into the office in a timely manner for payroll. Is is the General Superintendents responsibility to cover production on our custom home division, excluding soils. Keep all field employees aware of any policy changes through meetings on monthly basis. Give guidance and direction to employees when needed. Attend company and builder meetings as needed. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for ALL employees.

Position Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and lead in a professional manner
Can do attitude and team player *A MUST*
Experience managing plumbing projects
Proven ability to work independently, manage contractors and maintain schedules
Proficient understanding of blueprints and specifications
Valid drivers license that has a clean record for at least 5 years
