Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC systems issues efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
Strong electrical and wiring diagram knowledge
Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 60 lbs
Provide excellent customer service and communicate solutions clearly
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Excellent sales and upsell skills when required

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience (EPA Certification preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Search/locate and pick up parts
Have your own reliable truck or van and all HVAC tools
