Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and delivering Cloud Administration and Support Services.
- Responsible for Site Reliability Engineering Services.
- Responsible for Database Administration and Support Services.
- Responsible for Middleware Systems Administration and Support Services.
- Responsible for Batch Job Administration and Support Services.
- Lead and manage a team of technical cloud consultants including setting goals, expectations, and ensuring team alignment to corporate metrics.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
- Grow and manage the team through establishment of appropriate people development processes such as hiring, frequent feedback loops, and adjustments.
- Add value as a team member for the industrialization of cloud solution processes with the objective of improving efficiencies, solution accuracy, and increasing technical cloud expertise.
- Work closely with customers, third-party providers, and other business units to ensure consulting engagements are successful.
- Understand client s technical business and cloud needs and translate them into technical requirements to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Analyze and make recommendations for a change program to drive operational efficiencies based on cloud/DevSecOps operating models.
- Provide architecture overview and quality assurance for programs.
- Shape overall solution with customer teams and progress to design and implementation stage.
- Work with customer technology, application, security, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and documented to the agreed plan.
- Own the delivery plan and assume delivery manager role for a team of multiple resources.
- Perform due diligence on proposed designs, identify potential issues with execution and operational architectures, and recommend possible options.
- Interface with other technology groups to promote common tools and standards at a global level.
- Perform impact analysis of proposed major changes to the process and technology landscape of customer systems.
- Maintain close relationships with customer architecture teams.
- Communicate effectively at C-level, both verbally and in writing, and deliver presentations.

- Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow.
- Provisioning Tools: Puppet, Terraform.
- Configuration Candidateagement Tools: Puppet.
- Version Control Software: Git, GitHub.
- Infrastructure-as-code: Client Templates, PowerCandidatell, Candidatell Script.
- Containerization Tools: Docker.
- Orchestration Tools: Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- DevOps Automation Tools: Azure DevOps.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins.
- Operating Systems: Linux RHEL, SUSE, Windows Servers.
- Experience in leading a team of 50+ technical consultants.
- Familiarity with three or more domains such as cloud platforms, security, infrastructure, technology strategy, or business strategy.
- Strong public cloud experience with over ten years of architectural expertise and at least two years of direct leadership experience in strategy setting, operational excellence, and sales enablement.
- Ability to design complex architectures and organize teams to develop technical solutions.
- Proven experience in leading large, complex technical cloud initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, self-awareness, social acumen, and personal credibility.
- Application Performance Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace.
- Reporting Tools: Client , Power BI.
