Were growing and looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in building products that stand the test of time.

What Youll Do:
Fabricate and weld security-grade steel fencing, gates, bollards, and frames.
Read blueprints & take precise measurements to ensure strong, accurate builds.
Use welders, plasma cutters, grinders, and torches to cut, fit, and assemble steel components.
Work with field crews to install and secure gates/fences, including integration with gate operators and access control hardware.
Ensure every build meets security standards, durability, and code compliance.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

What Were Looking For:
2+ years welding/fabrication experience (security fencing, gates, or structural steel preferred).
Strong welding skills.
Ability to fit, cut, and assemble heavy steel with accuracy.
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work safely on job sites.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Background check required (many projects are for sensitive/security facilities).
