Skilled Construction Laborer (Residential Remodeling San Diego County)

Pay Range: $22 $45 per hour (depending on experience) + Benefits

What Youll Do

Assist Lead Installers and Project Managers with full bathroom remodels and tub & shower updates.

Handle demolition, material handling, waterproofing, framing, plumbing rough-in, and finish carpentry support.

Maintain a clean, safe job sitetreat each home as if it were your own.

Load/unload materials, organize tools, and prepare work areas.

Follow detailed installation processes and OSHA/California safety standards.

Provide excellent communication and customer service to homeowners.

What Were Looking For

-2+ years construction or remodeling experience (bathroom/kitchen preferred)
-Rough plumbing, finish carpentry, Setting Tubs/Showers/Solid Surface Walls, Tile Setting, Installing Vanity Cabinets/Stone Tops, Drywall, Flooring, light electrical
-Skilled with hand and power tools; willingness to learn advanced trades.
-Strong work ethic - show up on time, ready to work, and dependable.
-Ability to lift 60+ lbs, work on your feet, and climb ladders.

Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation.

Team player who takes pride in craftsmanship and detail.
