We're looking for dependable, hardworking Skilled Warehouse Laborers to join our pallet repair team at our Mira Loma facility. In this role, you'll inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools. Pay Rate: Please refer to the attached pay scale document for full details on our incentive program.

• Starting Rate: The new starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour.
• Performance-Based Pay: You have the opportunity to earn higher wages based on your weekly performance, measured by Repairs per Hour (RPH).
• Bonus Bands: Earn an additional hourly increase up to $9.00 per hour based on performance, with a total potential hourly rate of up to $30.00 per hour.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues.

• Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.

• Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove/replace nails.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.

• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in manual labor, carpentry, construction, or warehouse work prefer

• Preferred backgrounds include: Pallet Repair, Pallet Repair Technician, Repairman, Pallet Repair Specialist, Production Associate - Pallet Repair, or Pallet Assembly experience.

• Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, saws, and hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Team-oriented mindset with ability to meet production goals.

• Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed.

• Consistent attendance and dependable work ethic.

• Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250-300 times/day).

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (8-10 hours).

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
