MIG and Flux Welder

Shift Options:

1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | Monday Afternoon - Friday Morning

Pay | $23.00 - 25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE, and OSHA requirements.
• Report on time, ready to work, and maintain housekeeping.
• Return tools/equipment and keep a safe, clean work area.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other machinery; train on new systems as needed.
• Perform operator/laborer duties and transition between roles as required.
• Complete job travelers, dimensional checks, and weld IDs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required, trade school preferred.
• 3+ years of welding experience with ability to pass a weld test.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, using calipers/tape measures, and following specifications.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable for work.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
