Job Description:

• Serve as a senior SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS functional expert, supporting a global retail enterprise across multiple regions.
• Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of RICEFW objects and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and retail best practices.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents, performing root cause analysis and delivering sustainable solutions with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution across SD, MM, WM, and FI touchpoints.
• Provide expert guidance on retail-specific processes such as seasonal planning, allocation, replenishment, pricing, and promotions within the SAP landscape.
• Oversee and maintain solution documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge transfer for ongoing support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging system capabilities, emerging SAP functionalities, and retail industry trends.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and production support, with a strong focus on S 4HANA and legacy SAP AFS in a global retail context.
• Proven track record of delivering RICEFW developments and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Deep understanding of retail business processes, merchandise lifecycle, inventory management, and supply chain integration.
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools for incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong functional knowledge across core SAP modules SD, MM, WM, FI with integration expertise.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, multi country retail environment, balancing project and support priorities.
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FMS Fashion Management or migration from SAP AFS to S 4HANA Retail FMS.
• Familiarity with SAP CAR Customer Activity Repository for POS data integration and real time inventory visibility.
• Exposure to global retail implementations involving multi country tax, currency, and localization requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
