Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Workday Architect
to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership for ongoing global HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive decision-maker who can work independently, own deliverables, and drive outcomes during critical implementation phases. This role involves knowledge transfer from the current architect and continued support through upcoming rollouts in Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
architectural leadership
and direction for Workday HCM solutions.
Drive
design decisions
and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Take over
knowledge transfer (KT)
from the outgoing Workday Architect.
Support two critical implementation phases:
Canada Phase:
Go-live scheduled within two months.
USA Phase:
Larger rollout planned for Q1 next year.
Requirements
Workday HCM Certification
(mandatory).
Proven experience as a
Workday Architect
with successful global rollouts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and make independent decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
