Role: Workday Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable)

Start Date: 09/01/2025

End Date: 02/27/2026 (6 months, with possible extension)

Requirement: HCM Certification (mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Architect to support ongoing global HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, able to work independently, and take ownership of deliverables. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive outcomes and provide architectural guidance during critical implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Workday HCM.

Drive design decisions and ensure best practices are followed.

Work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

Take over knowledge transfer (KT) from the current architect who will be transitioning out.

Support two major implementation phases:

Canada phase: Going live in two months.

USA phase: Larger rollout, scheduled for Q1 next year.

Requirements:

Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).

Proven experience as a Workday Architect.

Strong ability to lead, influence, and make independent decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
