Foreman Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Foreman, where you'll work on new construction job sites, primarily focusing on residential projects with some small commercial jobs. All residential job sites are new and unoccupied. You will assist with new builds in finish carpentry and concrete, utilizing hand and power tools, and preparing job sites. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced employees, allowing you to expand your skills in carpentry and concrete roles. Responsibilities Assist with new builds in finish carpentry and concrete. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Prepare job sites for construction activities. Work collaboratively with a team of tenured employees. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in a lead role. Background in demo, carpentry, and concrete. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly for up to 10 hours daily. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in waterproofing is an advantage. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our team works outdoors in various weather conditions, which can be challenging but rewarding. The work can be physical and involves new construction of residential and commercial properties. You will be part of a team ranging from 4 to 10 people, depending on the project. The dress code includes pants, steel toe boots, and shirts with sleeves, and you will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment such as hard hats and high-visibility vests. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
