un Residential Remodeling Estimator compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 a year, but completely base on experience. employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Estimator/Project Manager We are an established remodeling firm looking for someone with extensive residential construction experience to handle estimating of new work. Our projects range from $100-500,000. The scopes of work are as simple as hanging a picture to complete whole house renovations, additions and structural repairs. You must have a solid knowledge of the required products and timeframes for residential remodeling. All work and communication is done with a computer using various platforms. We are looking for experience, not someone we have to extensively train. This is full time. Must live the Sarasota/Bradenton area. We can pay you on a payroll or with 1099 with proper paperwork and workman's comp.
