Senior Construction Estimator

We're seeking a skilled Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, HVAC or Steel industry. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Your role involves collaborating with project managers, managing vendor relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
  
  
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely cost estimates for new construction projects.
  
  
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  
  
• Work closely with project managers and the team to ensure estimates align with project goals.
  
  
• Identify and resolve potential issues and challenges that may arise during the estimation process.
  
  
• Create detailed proposals, bid packages, and reports for management and clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an estimator in construction, HVAC, or steel indstry.
  
  
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  
  
• Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  
  
• Proficiency with cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
