Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Foreman to join our Valued Clients team at Prince George, British Columbia, with travel to other project locations across North America. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to leadership, excellence, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of drilling or field crews.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site regulations, and operational standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams.

• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

• Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, safety documentation, and progress updates.

• Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in drilling, construction, or industrial field operations.

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage crews effectively.

• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures.

• Valid drivers license.

• Physically fit and capable of working in remote or challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in diamond drilling or resource sector projects.

• Mechanical or technical trade background.

• Valid certifications such as First Aid, WHMIS, H2S Alive, or other relevant tickets.

• Experience with remote camp-based operations.

Work Environment:

• Remote camp-based work in varied and often harsh weather conditions.

• Outdoor work requiring physical stamina and use of heavy equipment.

• Fast-paced environment requiring leadership under pressure and flexibility in scheduling.
