Estimator

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator to join our team specializing in concrete construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and estimates for projects, ensuring the successful completion of our construction endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bids and estimates for construction projects.
• Utilize estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine labor, material, and time costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to discuss project specifications and progress.

• Proficiency in estimation and construction processes.
• Experience with estimating software.
• Strong understanding of concrete and masonry.

Work in a dynamic environment focusing on concrete construction projects. The role may require visiting project sites, working with various teams, and utilizing modern estimating software tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newark, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
