HIRING: Superintendent Commercial Landscape & Irrigation Install

Carters Landscaping has been building Arizonas landscapes since 1993. With more than 30 years in business, we are a trusted commercial landscape and irrigation contractor specializing in large-scale projects for general contractors, developers, and municipalities. Our work includes schools, offices, apartments, retail centers, and public works.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and lead our crews to success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations on commercial landscape & irrigation projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Communicate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and field crews
- Read/interpret plans, specs, and schedules
- Problem-solve field issues and keep projects on track

Requirements:

- Previous superintendent/foreman experience in landscape & irrigation construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read commercial plans and manage schedules
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, planting, grading, and hardscape
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Clean driving record & background
- Spanish bilingual preferred
