Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Plumbers for a hospital renovation project in Troy, OH. Candidates should be skilled in demo and renovation plumbing work, able to read prints, and come fully prepared with their own tools and PPE.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing demo work and removing plumbing fixtures

• Upper rough plumbing installation

• Installing and repairing water supply lines, drains, and fixtures

• Reading and interpreting plumbing prints and schematics

• Assisting with general plumbing renovation duties as assigned

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven commercial plumbing experience

• Must be able to read and interpret prints

• Must have own plumbing tools

• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and with a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
