What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team as a Project Manager Manufacturing Engineering, where you'll lead impactful initiatives across global golf club assembly facilities. In this role, you'll drive new product launches, spearhead equipment development, and coordinate global change implementation. You'll manage multiple project timelines, oversee capital acquisition and spending, and ensure process consistency across international sites. You will also oversee global equipment and manufacturing software updates across international and domestic assembly sites to ensure seamless integration and operational consistency. What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.

  • Preferred: Experience in golf club assembly or manufacturing.

  • Preferred: Experience with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.

  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.

Pay Range: $88,253.00-$110,188.00
