Introduction:
As a Control System CAD Technician, you'll play a key role in transforming complex concepts into precise, engineered construction plans using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. This is more than just drafting-it's about shaping the future of control systems through detailed design work that meets client specifications and supports cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for adding precise annotations and dimensions to control panel drawings, details, and schematics, while also modifying sheets, title blocks, bills of materials, and notes to ensure a cohesive design set. You'll create and update CAD drawings based on redline markups, plot PDFs for design and engineering reviews, and prepare complete drawing packages for client submittals. Your work will incorporate both company and client standards, and you'll collaborate closely with the project team to understand deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Additionally, you'll support related tasks such as field work and other duties as needed to ensure project success.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the control panel design and drafting field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation software
