Were a growing subcontractor based in Bluffdale, Utah , looking for a dependable and hard-working General Dirt Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone whos not afraid to get their hands dirty and wants stable, year-round work. As a General Dirt Laborer, youll assist with excavation, grading, and site prep on various construction projects. Youll be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, helping to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

• Assist with dirt work including grading, trenching, and backfilling
• Perform general site clean-up and material handling
• Use shovels, rakes, and other hand tools to assist equipment operators
• Follow directions from site supervisors and crew leads
• Work safely around heavy equipment and in active job sites
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on site

• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying weather
• Punctual, dependable, and willing to work hard
• Previous construction or dirt work experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to take direction and work well with a team
• Pass Drug test
