Contracts Specialist Responsibilities Validate contract data is complete and accurate, DOA/MOA followed Generate and distribute contract for signature Follow process steps through contract lifecycle Assure any financial terms are accurately set up and executed Manage Contracts role in the Product Quality Assurance program. Duties include sending notifications to customers at direction of Demand team, collecting fines for PQA, providing reporting and status to Demand team, working with IT to implement automation of PQA process Data Cleanup - leads work with Contracts team to identify Contracts in a non-standard status, investigate the root cause and resolve or document the non-standard status, provide tracking metrics on progress Consistently demonstrate Customer 1st behaviors by considering the customer in all that we do, putting forth extra effort to understand our customers and their business needs, while creating an exceptional Customer Experience. Maintain adherence to MoA controls by ensuring the work is accurate and up-to-date; adhering to the documented processes and ensuring that all controls and procedures are followed Understand team dynamics/customer complexity to provide high level error handling support. Build and cultivate networks across other strategic partners to deliver solutions within and outside the Contracts realm Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Effective with problem solving (root cause analysis skills). Proficiency in Microsoft office and Outlook Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Strong communications skills both written and orally Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications: Degree in business, finance or technical degree 3+ years of experience in Sales & Operations - Retail or Wholesale. Experience with reading, interpreting and administration of Retail-Channel-Partner-related contracts.
