What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks and other heavy equipment to transport materials within the quarry. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Support production goals by ensuring timely and efficient material movement. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs. Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands of the Job Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment safely and perform inspections. Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions including uneven terrain and exposure to dust and vibration.
