Architectural Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and cultural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, particularly within the New York City area. Responsibilities Lead project design, drawing production, coordination, and construction administration. Mentor junior staff while reporting to senior management. Review DOB objections and ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and overall design intent. Manage consultants on building projects including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, expeditors, lighting, and acoustical consultants. Oversee construction administration tasks, including RFIs, ASIs, and submittal of drawing reviews. Essential Skills Minimum 2 years of managing NYC projects. Proficiency in Revit and related plug-ins such as Enscape. Experience in project management and coordination. Familiarity with NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software. Experience in interior design is a plus. Work Environment Our office is located in a beautiful open space in a Downtown Brooklyn high rise with 360-degree views of the city.
