Senior Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and special projects that drive operational excellence and innovation. This role reports directly to the Deputy County Administrator and serves as the sole PM within the strategic organization, providing logistical oversight and coordination-not direct project management, which is governed by a committee.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PMP Highly Preferred
Bachelors Degree is a must have
Prior Gov. experience is very helpful
Key Responsibilities:
Provide logistical support for strategic initiatives, including tracking action items, coordinating assignments, and maintaining project documentation.
Lead organizational change management efforts and support annual policy updates and inventory tracking, including ADA-related programs.
Coordinate across departments and elected officials, including the County Administrator and Deputy Chief.
Support infrastructure-related efforts, including asset condition tracking and IT-related initiatives.
Assist with implementation of strategic efforts such as RFPs and customer journey mapping tied to strategic pillars.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
