We are a top-tier telecommunications provider seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Project Manager to support wireless real estate operations in the dynamic Southern California market. This is an exciting opportunity to drive critical real estate entitlements and network enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Contract Length: 1 year
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office TuesdayThursday)

Real Estate Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate processes through to construction handoff.
• Oversee vendors and ensure regulatory compliance during site modification projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and community officials.
• Lead project meetings and planning sessions with critical vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and construction partners to meet telecom standards.
• Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and ongoing property management issues.
• Maintain database systems, reports, and project trackers.
• Provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 57 years of relevant experience in real estate, municipal engagement, or contract negotiation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Wireless site acquisition experience.
• Experience with property management and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with telecommunications tools such as Fuze.
