- Provide administrative and document control support to the project team.
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore and other construction management software.
- Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures to support project operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure documentation compliance.
- Support field office operations and transition to the project site trailer when mobilized.
- Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate office.
- Contribute to the long-term development of administrative processes for future projects.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with construction, submittals, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of experience in a construction-related administrative or coordinator role.
- Experience working with a General Contractor, steel erector, concrete subcontractor, or small local GC.
- Comfortable working in a field office environment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maitland, Florida.
