- Collaborate and facilitate design teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate multiple consultants to maintain project timelines.
- Manage budgets and invoices, ensuring financial oversight.
- Guide the project team through the entire design process and support construction administration.
- Participate in staffing and coordinate resources across the firm.
- Engage in project pursuits and contribute to strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in architectural design and construction document preparation.
- Ability to manage and oversee $5-$6 million projects in educational facilities.
- Architecture degree.
- Registered architect status.
- Experience with Sketchup and schematic design.
- Knowledge of construction administration processes.
