- Prepare conceptual site and building designs.
- Develop detailed working drawings.
- Perform field reviews and document observations and conditions.
- Collaborate with the team on various project phases.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional drafting/design experience in commercial, education, or multi-family projects.
- Architectural degree.
- Rendering skills are desirable.
- Experience in construction documentation is a plus.
The work environment offers a hybrid schedule, with the first 6 weeks in-office from 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days per week. Following the onboarding period, employees can work 3 days a week in the office located in West Linn. The office is quiet, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
