Architectural Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with over 3 years of professional experience and strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture. The successful candidate will work on commercial, educational, and multi-family projects, assisting our team with production work, including the preparation of conceptual site and building designs and working drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual site and building designs.
• Develop detailed working drawings.
• Perform field reviews and document observations and conditions.
• Collaborate with the team on various project phases.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
• 3+ years of professional drafting/design experience in commercial, education, or multi-family projects.

• Architectural degree.
• Rendering skills are desirable.
• Experience in construction documentation is a plus.

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule, with the first 6 weeks in-office from 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days per week. Following the onboarding period, employees can work 3 days a week in the office located in West Linn. The office is quiet, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
