Carpenter/Foreman

We are a commercial TI contractor looking for experienced carpenter/foreman that could join our team in the north end of Seattle to Everett and the eastside. We specialize in Tenant Improvement in commercial buildings.
We are looking for skilled carpenter with rough & finish work experience, steel stud framing & drywall, demo and able to keep a jobsite clean and organized.

Key responsibilities:
Communication effectively & positively with subcontractors, clients and crew members.
Read & Understand plans, sketches and drawings.
Ability to work safely and keep jobsites clean.
Able to adapt & adjust to move to multiple jobsites during the week.
Experience with a wide range of tools & equipment.
