Construction Superintendent

NOW HIRING: Construction Superintendent / Working Carpenter (Santa Monica / LA)

Were seeking a skilled and motivated Superintendent who can both manage and build. This is a working leadership role youll be responsible for running the jobsite, coordinating subs, and ensuring quality, while also pitching in on carpentry, drywall, concrete, or other trades when needed. Projects include Commercial, T.I., and High-End Residential builds, ranging up to $3M.

What Youll Do:

Lead projects from start to finish permits, scheduling, subs, and inspections.
Keep the jobsite safe, organized, and on track for deadlines and budgets.
Review plans at an expert level, including MEP and structural.
Maintain communication with the office, architects, owners, and inspectors.
Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and client service.
