We are looking for an entry level Junior Maintenance Tech at Parkside Commons, a multi-family residential property in San Leandro.
This is a hands-on position that involves lifting, pushing, cleaning, painting and light maintenance in apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond and perform daily maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, electrical and painting.
Respond to and prioritize resident work orders promptly
Maintain property grounds and building exteriors/interiors in excellent condition. This involves cleaning, washing, pushing, pulling and lifting
Ensure safety protocols and maintenance standards are followed

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience
Skilled with hand and power tools
Highly organized and dependable
Highly motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crawl, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
