Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager who operates at a Chief of Staff level to support senior leadership in driving IT, Data, and Product initiatives.

This role goes beyond traditional project management requiring strong executive communication, strategic alignment, and the ability to create compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program execution, stakeholder influence, and executive storytelling .

• 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or Strategy roles within IT, Data, or Product environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives and senior leaders .
• Strong expertise in presentation creation (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) with a track record of building board/leadership-level decks.
• Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across IT, Data, and Product organizations.
• Lead program governance, including executive reporting, steering committee updates, and leadership operating cadence.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and decks that simplify complex technical and business topics into clear, strategic narratives.
