Skilled Handyman Needed

We are looking to Hire Skilled handymen, Trim carpenters, experienced in drywall and tile layers

We are an Extremely Busy GC Company Is Currently looking for full- time well-rounded Experienced Contractors, and experienced skilled handyman, trim carpenters , that don't mind doing small jobs (maintenance type of work) and Complete Renovations commercial Tenant improvements for Houses, Apartments New Construction throughout the Phoenix Area.
We work with various different clients IE: National Companies property managers, Builders, Realtors, and some homeowners, and new construction, as well as full, remodels.
We are also looking to hire in house painters

* Experience is a MUST!
* Must Be a Self Starter
* Must know how to shop at home depot and other hardware stores
* Must be creative and think outside the box
* Must do very clean work
* Must have own truck.
* Must have own tools.
* Must be organized.
* Must Be Reliable , Show up on Time
* Must have great communication skills (must follow-up after each job and contact office if there are any issues)
* Must know basic plumbing
* Must know how to do drywall repairs the right way
* Must have carpentry skills
* Knowledge of light Electrical a plus
* Tile Experience A PLUS
Job Description;

* Must be able to take photos

We are not interested in hiring an assistant, we need someone to work on their own.

Basically, we're looking for a long term team player that is independent, hard-working, and trustworthy
