Looking for a Superintendent / Site Construction Manager to help manage Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Construction. This person will be concentrating on the installation of MDU's and Generators in the Seattle, WA area.

Description

The following will be completed during Phase 1 work:

• Mobilize to site

• Pay for and pick up permits

• Perform any IR scanning and utility locating

• Begin transport and set OFCI Equipment

• Install vault and duct bank

• Grade Beams, Footings, Stem Walls Slab on Grade

• Pouring of concrete vaults

• Order HM Door Frames and Hardware (materials)

• Roofing and sheet metal

• Install new door, frame and hardware

• Electrical Underground

• Waste Management

• Temporary equipment labeling

The following will be completed during Phase 2 work:

• Installation and placement, termination and testing of rental generators

• Complete installation of duct bank

• Cutover building to temporary power

• Removal of existing generators

• Pouring of new concrete pad

• Placement of new generators and remaining electrical gear

• Commissioning, IR testing and start-up of OFCI equipment (to be done by other party than installers as per Electrical Notes)

• Patching, painting and casework

• Asphalt Paving,

• Electrical including termination of OFCI equipment

• Waste Management

• Fuel generators

• Final Labeling - equipment

• Commissioning, IR testing and start-up of OFCI equipment done by others (Done by other party than installers as per Electrical Notes)

• De-mobilization and final site cleaning

• Provide closeout documentation and asset management support

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with permitting

• Creation of closeout packages

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
