Roof Foreman

Typical Duties & Requirements:

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
• Repair jobs and roof maintenance. Working knowledge of commercial/ industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit, metal roof repairs and slope tiles/ shingles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening test.
• 10 years of roof experience (preferred).
• Speak English & Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.

Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:

• Starting $23.50 per hour. Salary is based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
