New Construction Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Outside and Inside Sales representatives regarding new construction opportunities.
• Maintain all data and login information for 3rd party lead services.
• Perform regular research on contractors and architects to seek out upcoming projects.
• Oversee all new construction projects start-to-finish.
• Become a reliable resource for Architects and Consultants.
• Supply CSI and other product/project related information to the design community for future RFPs.
• Assist in the development of accurate CSI specifications.
• Make sure Watchfire is pre-qualified as an approved supplier.
• Review project specifications and drawings for specified products/services related to Watchfire.
• Provide product requirements to Inside/Outside Sales Reps for confirmation of product models.
• Document, schedule, and coordinate with inside and outside sales reps to ensure quotes are completed prior to the bid date.
• Submit a comprehensive proposal/bid response to general contractors and dealers.
• Stay on top of projects until the submittals are approved, ship/installation dates are known, and art is approved.
• Follow up with customers regarding on-going artwork approvals and colors.
• Assemble Submittal Packages
• Coordinate with Accounting, General Contractors, and Dealers to ensure proper project close-out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficient in reading/writing/typing in English. Comprehend written, visual, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to manage and track multiple projects effectively
• Clear and professional communication across teams and external partners
• Strong understanding of technical documentation and specifications related to construction.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using online tools and platforms for research and coordination
• Reliable follow-through on tasks and deadlines

Required Education and Licensing

• Minimum 3 year of construction estimating or similar work experience.
