Responsibilities BMW Technician

• Complete repairs efficiently, meeting dealership, state, and factory standards

• Diagnose and address customer concerns with quality and accuracy

• Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle

• Communicate additional findings promptly to the Service Advisor

• Use our Dealer Management System for inspections, repair quotes, and timekeeping

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Stay up to date with factory bulletins and training requirements

• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Technician experience (BMW experience a plus, but not required)

• Shop Foreman candidates: 5+ years BMW experience preferred

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized

• Motivated to learn and grow with Rosenthal Automotive
