Paving Laborer Pay: $18.00/hour Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, 401(k), and more! Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Could work up to 10 hour days Location: Berks County, PA Responsibilities of the Paving Laborer: Assist with preparation and placement of asphalt and other paving materials Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on the job site Support crew members with tasks to ensure smooth project completion Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements of the Paving Laborer: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Must have a valid Driver's License Heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs) Ability to work with a team Ability to speak and understand English This is a temporary assignment with a local company who is adding extra staff during their busy season!
