Handyman / Renovation Technician

Reno Tech Job Description Join our team as a Reno Tech in Cypress, where you will work collaboratively with a partner to renovate vacant apartments. This role involves executing tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs. Responsibilities Collaborate in a team of two to renovate vacant apartments. Perform basic plumbing tasks, including changing faucets and shower heads. Conduct basic electrical work such as installing ceiling fans. Execute carpentry tasks, including installing baseboards and door casings. Patch and repair drywall, including replacing sections as necessary. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction, plumbing, installation, and carpentry. Ability to use hand tools and power tools such as sawzall, cordless drill or impact, and finish nailgun. Experience in electrical and HVAC work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in renovation or similar construction roles is advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellflower, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
