Building Engineer Pay: $25-$26 an hour to start//Looking to hire immediately!! Job Description Support the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of multiple medical office locations. This role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with healthcare standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and general maintenance of medical office equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure, such as lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot minor repairs, including leaky faucets, faulty outlets, and broken furniture. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations. Maintain cleanliness and safety of utility areas, storage rooms, and mechanical spaces. Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes. Document work performed and maintain maintenance logs. Support emergency response protocols, such as power outages and water leaks.
