In this role, you'll take full ownership of the estimating process from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. You'll review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed cost breakdowns, and manage subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure clarity from day one This role would suit an Estimator from a general contractor or architectural millwork background, looking for an impactful position within a well-respected firm. The Role: Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for high-end specialist construction projects Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors during preconstruction. The Person: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. Experience in estimating multi-million dollar construction projects. Skilled in reviewing specifications, drawings and managing cost breakdowns and bid packages.
