Alarm Technician Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8 - 5 (core business hours) Employment type: Contract to hire Key Qualifications: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in alarm system installation and service Proficiency with Honeywell Vista and Qolsys systems Skilled in both hardwired and wireless alarm systems Familiarity with additional systems is a plus: Interlogix 2Gig DSC Napco Silent Knight Fire Lite Basic networking/IT knowledge is a bonus Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Alarm Technician to join our team, specializing in servicing, troubleshooting, and installing alarm systems in high-end residential and light commercial environments. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair security and fire alarm systems Conduct annual inspections and system testing Install and upgrade alarm systems Complete work orders and documentation using a company-provided tablet Collaborate with the office support team for scheduling and updates Provide outstanding customer service Be available for overtime and on-call assignments as needed Work Environment: Projects primarily in upscale residential and commercial settings Opportunities for long-term career growth within the company
