Plumber Required-1099 position

Facility Maintenance Company Hiring Plumber in PA

We are partnered with two of the largest Real Estate Property Management companies in Pennsylvania.

What You Need:

Tools, equipment, and experience working in residential settings

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license or certification

Experience with gas line pressure testing

Strong pricing model and ability to explain details to our vendor managers via text

Ability to inspect, take clear before/during/after photos, and communicate professionally

Materials:
We purchase all materials for you. We have pro accounts and cards to pay at hardware stores, so you dont need to cover those expenses.

How Pay Works:

Payment is made through Zelle or bank transfer.

We pay every Saturday morning for jobs completed between Saturday and Thursday.

Friday jobs will be included in the following weeks payment.

Pay is job-based: you go to the job site, send us pictures, give us a market-standard price, and well get client approval before you begin.

No need to return for small jobs unless its a large project worth thousands.
