Job Description We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct construction staking, topographic boundary, and ALTA surveys while supporting project objectives and addressing survey-related challenges. This position offers growth opportunities and the chance to work with a leading company in residential subdivision projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct construction staking, topographic boundary, and ALTA surveys.
- Organize and maintain survey job files.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Conduct daily site visits.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures for survey personnel.
- 3-4 years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency in construction staking and ALTA, boundary, or construction staking surveys.
- Experience with GPS and Microsoft Office.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to become a crew chief in 1-2 years.
- Experience with boundary survey software, utility locating, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Total Station, Trimble GPS, Topcon, Leica, and Carlson.
