We support municipal, construction, and industrial clients with rentals, services, and emergency response for pumps, compressors, generators, and water management systems. The Role:
As a Supervisor in the Municipal Services Group, you will oversee and lead field assignments for various clients. You will work hands-on with equipment such as pumps, generators, HDPE piping, and dewatering systems, supporting water and wastewater diversion projects. This role involves regular travel, on-site supervision, and operational planning. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Time | Field-Based | Travel Required | May include weekends or extended hours

As a Supervisor in the Municipal Services Group, you will oversee and lead field assignments for various clients. This role involves regular travel, on-site supervision, and operational planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of pumps, generators, pipelines, and related systems.
- Operate and maintain water/wastewater transfer systems.
- Act as site supervisor, managing teams and serving as point of contact for clients.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S procedures and conduct on-site safety training.
- Inspect job sites, plan layouts, and organize equipment mobilization.
- Perform HDPE pipe fusion and related construction services as needed.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including excavators and skid steers.
- Ensure quality control and inspect compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain documentation such as field tickets, work orders, and inspection records.
- Travel to project sites with overnight stays, often for a week or more.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of water transfer or wastewater pumping experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a certified HDPE fusion technician.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Mechanical and equipment operating experience preferred.
- CDL and certification as HDPE Fusion Technician a plus.
